Thumbs DownSomeone has to explain to me how registration of guns is an infringement of our constitutional rights. You can still get guns if you feel you absolutely need to, just register them. Also, the second amendment does not mandate the type of gun you can buy. If there are restrictions on automatic and military weapons for non-military citizens, then yes, you can still buy other kinds of guns, again, if you absolutely feel that you must have them.

Thumbs DownThe United Nations has been working on crafting a bill well before 2006 with input from 152 nations, to give them the power to monitor not only the number of tanks, and artillery pieces, but also the numbers of automatic weapons all the way down to handguns. There is much known about the numbers of nuclear and chemical stockpiles while there is very unreliable data on the transfer, sale and ownership of most other weapons by both military and civilian owership. This bill would greatly impact Americans second amendment rights. This bill if ratified would mandate a global registry of gun ownership, an organization in charge of firearm collection, and a complet ban on automatic gun ownership by a private citizen. This is a direct threat on our sovereign rights, those provide to us by the founding fathers and established as the second amendment , " A well regulated Militia being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms shall not be infringed." A militia regulated to slings and bows is worthless.
